The FTC held five roundtable discussions in three cities in late 2009 on protecting consumers in debt collection litigation and arbitration, and collected public comments in connection with each. On this page you will find links relevant to the discussions in Washington, DC (December), San Francisco, CA (September), and Chicago, IL (August). All roundtable discussions in the series were free and open to the public.
