For two years now the Armenian Competition Authority and the Twinning project on Competition and State aid have jointly organized a series of events both in Armenia and abroad, targeting at improvement of the competitive environment in Armenia and regulation of the legal framework. One of the key components of the Project focuses on the State aid.

 

On February 13 and 14, another seminar on “Main Categories of Vertical and Horizontal State Aid” will be covered by Experts from EU Member States.

 

Representatives from the Competition Commission, other public authorities and regional and city municipalities are invited to attend the seminar. Mr. Anna Eichler and Mr. Guido Bockelmann from Germany will make presentations on forms of state aid – such as subsidies, grants, soft loans, and other relevant subjects.
