 Audits

Single Audits

Entities that expend $500,000 or more of federal funds are subject to a rigorous financial  examination that is usually performed annually.  Single Audits assure the federal government that recipients of federal funds are appropriately managing those funds and are complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.  The audit is typically performed by an independent certified public accountant and must be filed at Federal Audit Clearinghouse.
