I have tried for a month to get a print-out of 2011 Form 1099-R,for income tax purposes. I have called, written;but to no avail.Does the US Office of Personal Management have a fax number? If they do,can I fax a request,at my expense, and hopefully receive the information that I need?

Why is there always a busy signal when I try to call? This has been ongoing for over a week at all times of your business day. I need to talk to someone reference retirement pay discrepancies. Thank you.

Ditto on the phones. This is unbelievable. My father cannot even confirm that his change docs have been received as of 3/12 when they were mailed in January.

Yes, I'm still here, and I don't mind waiting, just disappointed with OPM. OPM should take care of maintaining a good work force, but what about the retired ones, take your time with adjudicating their retirement claims. I retired 07/31/2011, and still on intern payments, been given half a dozen excuses why.

I've been needing assistance since OPen Season 2011 and Health Benefits have not been changed. Getting the run around with phone numbers and voicemails and no return calls. Still in need of assistance. I am sooooo disappointed at this moment. 4 Months is long enough to wait for a phone call email or something.

It would be beneficial for the COBB to send off a letter acknowledging, at least, that an application/claim for court ordered pension benefits has been received and is being looked at since regulations only give a person 60 days to make application after a divorce and forever be disqualified from reapplying even if they lose it. At least a receipt letter would relieve a lot of anxiety and CS calls, etc. Your COBB Customer Service is poor at best. I have called several times, been referred several times, emailed and have never made contact with COBB neither have they even made an attempt to contact me. Making a former spouse or a widow wait an unreasonable amount of time (6 months on average) to get their pension portion of an annuity either after a divorce or after a death is CRUEL. ESPECIALLY,if this is their only source of income.

To whom it may consern: my hire date was 01/15/2010. USAjobs/ my probationary period is over. I still have no paycheck. DOD had me down for perdeum pay and housing allowance but when I said I am Civil Service not military, he said contact the Department of State. I was given Entitlement, US by the Dept. of Treas. but have not received it. I AM a US Citizen, age 55. (NOT 65). I believe I was granted a 3 or 5 year contract , but have not read or signed it. The Office of the General Counsel swore me in online in 2010, but I am not certain that it was completed. At this time I am "displaced" because I had been in process of Home Purchase, gave my 30 day notice at the apartment where I lived, then the Real Estate Agent sold the house to someone else, without even calling me to say there was a second offer. So I have been without proper residence for 3 months. It is not easy to do my Legislative Review Telework by iPhone. I have not had much chance to do any SOMA ( systems open market accounts) Reinvestments for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System either. Please put me on the payroll. Federal Salary. Let me know if I have to figure out my pay myself, because the bank I was using did not accept the 3 year grant from Science Foundation due to the fact that I did not know the exact amount of the Direct Deposit. Issue date: 11/07/2011 FY 2010,2011,and 2012.It was for Project#27 Then the bank also TOOK my Certificate of Deposit, claiming that I transferred it myself, which IS NOT TRUE.The CD was for $200,000. It was transferred properly from FRBNY or FRBSF to US Bank. I reported USBank for Failure. I requested replacement of the funds from FDIC, but I don't know how long to get it replaced. Meanwhile, excessive Financial Hardship. Please instruct how to get on payroll.Thank you .

I have e-mailed my question (twice), called directly, asked at my facility and have not received an answer. I would like to know when the surgical techs at WNYVA will become hybrid 38. I would greatly appreciate a response.
