Lung Genomics Research Consortium lauded for its innovative website
In Nov. 2010, the Lung Genomics Research Consortium, which is supported by NHLBI Recovery Act-funded grants, was honored with an eHealthcare Leadership Silver Award for best design in the "other healthcare sites" category for their website Lung-Genomics.org. The LGRC is a group of scientists from five U.S. institutions, whose mission is to transform the understanding of chronic lung diseases.
