One of the best government related publications and better then health magazines as it provides evidence based practices, reviews and compares research in chart format, answers questions about weight loss issues and backs these answers with research-the references cited alone is worth this document for students for finding source materials- Fantastic job on easy to read charts for BMI conversions etc- All explained so professionals and average readers can glean much valuable information- bookmark this reference and I am passing the word on this job well done-
