Lectures
The NLM History of Medicine Division (HMD) sponsors lectures in the History of Medicine and related fields, featuring invited scholars who speak on a variety of historical topics. The programs are free and open to the public and provide an opportunity to meet colleagues and hear about recent scholarship.
Seminars are normally scheduled once a month, except in summer.
If you would like to be notified about upcoming lectures, please e-mail Karen Pitts in the History of Medicine Division. If you have further questions, contact a Reference Librarian.
For questions about NLM Special Lectures, please contact Stephen Greenberg, Coordinator of Public Service by email greenbes@mail.nih.gov, phone (301) 435-4995 or fax (301) 402-0872.
