As a member of the media, you probably already know that nearly one-third of U.S. youth is overweight or at risk of becoming overweight. These extra pounds can add up to life-long health problems, increasing the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, certain cancers, and other chronic conditions.

N
utrition) to find out what our fast-growing national movement of families, caregivers and communities—from the smallest towns to the largest cities—is doing to help youth maintain a healthy weight.
