Submission Text
I bought a used vehicle from Stephens Auto Sales in Salyersville, KY. I was NOT provided any information about the previous owner nor was the car affixed with the notice pertaining to KRS 190.080 stating that if asked they were to provide the previous owner's name, address, phone number, etc. The car was not affixed with a 'Buyer's Guide' stating warranty information. I was not aware of any of these laws that pertain to the above mentioned until several months later. They used false, misleading advertising about the monthly payments. They had a notice hung up in there office stating that all buyer's have a 10 day grace period before being charged any late fees. They later altered this sign to state something totally different so that they could charge me late fees.
