If you don’t known who you are, renaming the card won’t help you. The card is a concise aid to those entrusted with the care of patients.

It is good to have nhbli CE’s and guildelines to follow. But how many providers really abide by it or do they have their own way-I know few of them that do their own guidelines.

Excellent. The date on this reference card is 2003. It would be beneficial to review and revise the date.. even if there are no changes in the format/information

This card is wonderful- but it should be termed a "Clinician Reference Card" rather than a "Physician Reference Card"- it could be confusing to the public, as well as other clinicians and mid-level providers who prescribe medication.
