Using the RPPR Menu

After selecting a grant to view (see Querying Progress Reports for details), the RPPR Menu page opens. The table below describes the fields displayed for the selected grant.

See RPPR Action Rules for details about the various actions that may be performed on the RPPR report.

Field Name

Description

Grant Number

The grant number (format: 9 R00 AA123456-99). See Understanding Grant Numbers for more information about the grant number format.

Institution

The preferred name of the institution.

PD/PI Name

The full name of the principal investigator involved for this grant.

Project Title

The title of the grant.

Due Date

The electronic due date. The due date for awards issued under the SNAP (Streamlined Noncompeting Award Process) provisions is the 15th of the month preceding the month in which the budget period ends (e.g., if the budget period ends 11/30, the due date is 10/15).  If the award is not issued under the SNAP provisions, the progress report is due the first of the month preceding the month in which the budget period ends (e.g., if the budget period ends 11/30, the due date is 10/1.  If the due date falls on a weekend or federal holiday the due date is automatically extended to the next business day.

Current Reviewer

The name of the current reviewer of the RPPR report.

Status

The current state of the RPPR report. Possible values are: Not Started, PD/PI Work in Progress, Reviewer Work in Progress, Submitted to Agency.
