Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (704) 672-6100.
Directions
- Traveling on I-77: Take Exit 3 Arrowood Road and head west. Travel approximately 0.7 miles and turn left onto Microsoft Way. The office will be on your left, 7915 Microsoft Way.
