Workshop for Museum Educators
September 7-9, 2011
The Informal Education group of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center invites educators of small to medium size museums to join us for a museum educator workshop, focusing on the innovative sciences and engineering accomplished at one of the largest scientific organizations in the world. Museum educators may select a content strand to customize their visit and experience, while also collaborating and sharing ideas with fellow museum educators. Travel stipend and lodging provided through a competitive application process. Preference will be given to educators of small- and medium-sized museums/science centers within the Northeast U.S.

Teacher Resources
The Goddard Educator Resource Center is located at the Visitor Center. The Educator Resource Center provides educational publications, teaching materials and other aids to educators at no charge.
