NHLBI Recovery Act News and Resources

Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the NHLBI invested its $763 million of stimulus funds in scientific research on the prevention and treatment of heart, lung, and blood diseases—diseases that include three of the four leading causes of death in the United States.
