Printing Management
US Code Title 44—Public Printing and Documents (Government Printing Office)
contains the law which governs the activities of Printing Management at HHS. Each HHS Operating Division (OPDIV) Head has been delegated the authority and responsibility to manage his or her OPDIV's printing and publishing activities in order to conform to applicable statute and regulation. To accomplish this, an OPDIV Printing Officer directs the printing activities within their respective OPDIV and coordinates those activities with the Department Printing Officer.
