Start Your Project

Have an idea for an IT project?

Step 1: In order to get started, you need to fill out an IT Intake Request Form

Step 2: Your IT Intake Request Form will be evaluated by the CMS Intake Review Team (CIRT)

Step 3: You'll be contacted and advised about your next steps

After completing the intake process, you will work with your project team to complete key artifacts and to prepare for and schedule gate reviews. The figure below outlines the intake process.
