Print Publication Ordering System
Use the Order Form to order printed copies of selected cancer publications.
Terms of Use
- We ship orders only to the United States, its territories, and APOs. Orders to other addresses will be canceled.
- Multiple orders for the same publication to the same address will be canceled. Only the first order will be processed.
- All orders require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are not available.
- If you need more than the maximum quantity allowed for a publication, please send an e-mail to cancerinfo@cdc.gov stating the quantity needed, the purpose for which the publication will be used (such as an event, like a health fair), and your contact information.
Usage Tips
- If your order is submitted successfully, the Order Confirmation Status page will display a message similar to: "ORDER-NO: 200605124488 has been submitted"
- If you order a higher quantity of a particular publication than we have available, the Order Confirmation Status page will display a message similar to: "INSUFFICIENT QTY-ON-HAND;" the publication number and name will be indicated. Use your browser's Back button to decrease the quantity ordered and submit your order again.
Note: If we are completely out of a publication, you cannot order that publication. Back orders are not available.
