If during the liquidation process our records reflect that this loan was reported as paid in full, the loan will need to be reinstated prior to SBA approving any plans or payment of a loan guaranty. In that event, complete and submit a Request for Loan Reinstatement Form to loanresolution@sba.gov for assignment to a loan officer for approval/denial. If approved, the loan will be reinstated and the liquidation process can continue.
