Comparable costs have been added to the FY 2001 ($109.2M) and FY 2002 ($117.2M) accounts. /2 -- FY 2001 funding for the Inter American and African Development Foundations was appropriated in the Development Assistance account. These amounts have been subtracted from DA and reflected in the respective accounts.
