Question: Can NLM® translate this article, book or report from a foreign language into English for me?

Answer:

NLM does not offer translation services. Some published translations are in our collection, listed in our online catalog, LocatorPlus®.

Other suggestions:

  • The Library of Congress (LC) has many translations in its collection, listed in the LC catalog.
  • Look in your local phone book or on the Web for companies offering Translation services. Charges vary.
    We suggest you look for subject knowledge in addition to the language.
  • Universities with a foreign language department may offer translation services for a fee.
