Client Services Division

The Client Services Division is the operations arm of the Office of Human Resources.  Recent consolidation of a number of activities and locations into one major location provides HHS customers with an array of personnel services.  These services include human resources processing, benefits, executive and scientific resources, workforce relations and delegated examining authority execution and support.  Much of these services are carried out through two operating centers located in Bethesda and Atlanta, where HHS clients are provided with one-stop human resources service delivery including technical assistance and training.
