Arthritis Policy, Partnerships, and Disparities

Promoting policy, expanding partnerships, and addressing health disparities are activities that are critical to the work of the CDC Arthritis Program and its mission to improve the quality of life of people affected by arthritis.

Addressing arthritis effectively requires a comprehensive, coordinated approach involving strategic partnerships and policies aligned with program goals and priorities. The CDC Arthritis Program collaborates with a variety of public and private partners in working towards reducing the burden of arthritis and associated health disparities through expanded dissemination of promising policies and proven programs.
