Socioenvironmental Maps—White Collar Workers

Counties with the highest percentages were located primarily in southwestern Texas, the South Atlantic, Lower Mississippi River, and the Appalachian Regions. The frequency distribution indicates that for the majority of counties, the percentage of the population ages 25 and older with less than a high school degree was between 5% and 40%.

Note: "High school degree" includes either a high school diploma or the equivalent (G.E.D.).
* Categories defined according to quintile cutpoints.
