Tutorial Registration for Existing Attendees:

The tutorials are currently being developed.

The conference committee is accepting Tutorial Requests now. The call for tutorials has already been announced. These pre and post conference sessions will take place Sunday, August 21st and Thursday, August 25th. You will have the option to select either a ½ day (approximately 4-5 hours) or 1 full day tutorial (approximately 6-8 hours).

Please return to the conference site after June 3rd to sign up for the tutorial of your choice!

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid. To qualify for a 50% refund of registration fees paid, a written cancellation must be received by the Registration Manager no later than August 1, 2011. No refunds can be given after that date. Cancellation requests should be sent via e-mail to mschofield@conferencemanagers.com. Substitutions will be permitted and should also be submitted in writing. No shows are nonrefundable.

1) Full Conference Registration

This registration type includes all concurrent and general sessions, conference materials, breakfast, breaks, receptions, and access to the exhibit hall Monday-Wednesday. These privileges are provided to all Full Conference attendees, regardless of attendee type (Non-profit/Government, Corporate, Student, Speaker).

2) Student Attendee

The discounted student rate is available for registered full- or part-time students.

IMPORTANT: A copy of the registrant’s student ID must be scanned and either emailed or faxed to the conference registration department within 24 hours of registration.

The following items should be included with the information:

  • legible photocopy of ID
  • registrant’s full name
  • the registration reference number featured in the registration confirmation.

3) Concurrent Session Speaker

Concurrent session speakers do not have to pay a registration fee if they will only be attending their own session. This discounted rate is offered to concurrent session speakers who plan on attending other parts of the conference, either for multiple days (Full Conference) or for a single day (One Day Only). This rate does not apply to keynote speakers.

4) Discounted Rates for Group Registrations of 5+ Attendees

When five (5) or more attendees are registered AT THE SAME TIME, those individuals may select the discounted group rates for the full conference (non-profit/government or corporate attendees only).


To qualify for this discount, five (5) or more registrations must be completed and submitted AT THE SAME TIME. Groups who have already taken advantage of this discount may NOT receive the discount for additional registrations submitted in groups of fewer than five (5) attendees.

5) One Day Only Registration

Fee includes concurrent and general sessions, conference materials, breakfast, breaks, receptions, and access to the exhibit hall ONLY FOR THE DAY SELECTED. Only ONE of the days under One Day Only may be selected. Days available for One Day Only registration are: Monday 8/22/11, Tuesday 8/23/11 or Wednesday 8/24/11

6) Exhibit Hall Only Registration

Includes access to the exhibit hall and any events/breaks occurring inside the exhibit hall, Monday-Wednesday. To attend events occurring outside of the exhibit hall, individuals must register for either the full conference or one day only. .
