Patient Examination Process for CFS

Step 7

Conceptual Framework of abnormally fatigued populations

Placing various fatigued patients into specific categories (People with prolonged fatigue for at least one month, idiopathic chronic fatigue, CFS, and overlapping disorders) provides scientists with a convenient means for comparing CFS patients with patients who have other forms of unexplained fatigue, thus enabling them to search more effectively for any clinical markers that may be unique to CFS.
