Program System Acronym An abbreviated name that represents the name of an information management system for an environmental program.
Program System Id The identification number, including permit number, which represents a facility, waste site,operable unit, or other feature regulated or monitored by the program system.

Registry ID The identification number assigned by the EPA Facility Registry System to uniquely identify a facility site.
US Mexico Border Indicator Indicates when facilities are within 62.5 miles (100 KM) of the US Mexico Border
Country Name The FIPS Pub 10-4 name that represents a primary geopolitical unit of the World.
Standardized Primary Name Primary name with standardization rules applied to it. The rules include converting lower case characters to upper case characters, removal of special characters, and standardizing common parts of the name (e.g., CORPORATION).
Primary Name The name of a facility or complex facility.
City Name The name of the city, town, or village where a facility is located.
County Name The name of a U.S. county or county equivalent, as listed in FIPS Pub 6-4.
Location Address Describes the physical location of a facility, including urban-style street address, rural address, or descriptive text where no formal address is available.
Supplemental Location The text that identifies a building where a facility is located, including secondary unit and number, or other supplemental locational information (e.g. industrial park name or installation name).
Parsed Street Number The number assigned to a building or a land parcel along the street to identify location and to ensure accurate mail delivery.
Parsed Street Name The name assigned to a street or road, not including other urban-style street address components.
Parsed Street Suffix The code that represents the qualifier that follows the street name in a street address.
Parsed Post Directional Code The code that represents a street vector, i.e. the direction the street has taken from some arbitrary starting point, that follows the street suffix.
State Code The U.S. Postal Service abbreviation that represents the state or state equivalent for the U.S. and Canada.
Postal Code The 5-digit ZIP code & four-digit extension code (optional) assigned by the U.S. Postal Service to a geographic location to facilitate mail delivery, or the postal zone specific to the country, other than the U.S., where the mail is delivered.
State Name The name of a principal administrative subdivision of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
EPA Region Code The code that represents an EPA region.
Congressional District Number Represents a Congressional District for a state within the United States.
Legislative District Number The number that represents a Legislative District within a state.
Hydrologic Unit Code A geographic area representing part or all of a surface drainage basin, a combination of drainage basins, or a distinct hydrologic feature.
Source The source of the associated data.
Federal Facility Code Code indicating whether or not the facility is the property of the Federal Government.
Federal Agency Code The Federal Agency/Bureau code, if the facility is the property of the Federal Government. The five character code consists of a letter followed by four numbers. There are four possible letters that can occupy the first character position: 'C' for Civilian Federal Agency; 'D' for Department of Defense; 'E' for Department of Energy; 'X' for Unknown. The second and third characters represent the agency code, while the fourth and fifth characters represent the bureau code.
Tribal Land Code Code indicating whether or not the program facility is located on tribal land.
Tribal Land Name The name of an American Indian or Alaskan native area where the facility is located, as listed by the 1990 Census.
