Before the training
Promote your BodyWorks train-the-trainer session and begin to recruit potential trainers. | |
Check out the trainer resources including recruitment and promotion materials. | |
Audio/Visual needs: laptop for BodyWorks presentation, TV/DVD player to play Let's Shop, Cook, and Eat Together DVD | |
Email reminder to participants two days before training | |
Order toolkits. | |
Print Train-the-Trainer & Parent and Caregiver training manuals and make PowerPoint CDs | |
Order food and beverages (healthy breakfast, afternoon snack, water, coffee, and tea) | |
Create nametags and tent cards | |
Provide paper and pens for participants | |
Provide flip board/chart for writing |
The day of training
Provide participants with the BodyWorks website (http://www.womenshealth.gov/bodyworks) and point them to:

Ask participants to fill out kit cards. Collect and send back to:
