Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) project.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin-Madison have recently funded this project to:
- Produce county level health rankings for all 50 states.
- Develop partnerships and models for increasing involvement and accountability for population health improvements.
- Develop incentive based models to encourage implementation of community level programs and policies to improve population health.
As part of the county levels ranking, both physically unhealthy and mentally unhealthy days will be used to monitor HRQOL over time.
