Annual meetings

The International Collaboration on Enteric Disease ‘Burden of Illness’ Studies holds an annual face-to-face meeting. It is typically held in conjunction with a larger international conference. The purpose of the annual meeting is to update the members of the Collaboration on the progress of the various working groups, to review experiences and results from burden of illness initiatives in member countries, and to strategize about future collaborative projects and priorities for the coming year. A focus of this year’s meeting will be source attribution, with sessions on various countries’ efforts to estimate source attribution, including attribution results for specific pathogens.
