I am in favor of pedestrians signals as a person who uses an electric wheelchair, I depend on them to cross busy intersections. I do believe that all signals should be able to be found by a person who is blind wether by a hum or something else.

Detectable warnings are very important for anyone with a visual impairment or is totally blind. I do believe that no one should be able to fall off a platform at a subway or train station because they did not know that they were in danger.

As those who are against the above, say a prayer and send them on their way quickly because they may have a short life ahead of them.
