Please note: The CDFI Fund has provided the myCDFIFund electronic interface to any legal entity as a tool to assist potential CDFI Fund applicants or other interested parties with updating their contact information, completing their applications, and conducting business with the CDFI Fund. However, an entity's entry of data into myCDFIFund will not ensure that the entity will be selected for CDFI or CDE certification or for a CDFI Program award or NMTC Program allocation. It also will not ensure that the entity is in compliance with the terms of any Assistance, Award or Allocation Agreement with the CDFI Fund or any other applicable requirements set forth in the Internal Revenue Code, the Temporary and Proposed Income Tax Regulations for the NMTC Program, or any federal program, statute, or regulation. In addition, the CDFI Fund does not provide any warranty, expressed or implied, guarantee of any kind, nor assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any data contained in myCDFIFund.
