The IAE Program Management Office (PMO) staff includes:
- A small number of government associates assigned to IAE
- Detailees
- Contractor support staff
- Volunteers from other federal agencies
IAE established key strategic partnerships and uses matrix staffing through Service Level Agreements for daily operation of steady-state services. Staffing from partner agencies is rotated or engaged on a part-time basis. We also use a “tiger team” approach on projects when needed to focus part-time resources and maintain partner agency interest.
