  • Goods and Services Balance Worsened in July 2012

    The Nation’s international trade balance in goods and services worsened to -$42.0 billion in July from -$41.9 billion in June (revised), as exports decreased more than imports. (September 11, 2012)

    The U.S. Census Bureau announced today that in 2011 related-party trade accounted for 40.5 percent ($1,484.5 billion) of total goods trade ($3,667.5 billion). (May 10, 2012)

    The U.S. Census Bureau has released the report A Profile of U.S. Importing and Exporting Companies, 2009-2010. The number of identified exporters increased by 6.0 percent and the number of identified importers increased by 1.0 percent from 2009 to 2010. (April 12, 2012)
