Commerce Latino Employee Organization (CLEO) is committed to the recruitment, retention, training, development, and promotion of Hispanics at the Census Bureau. CLEO works to provide a voice for Hispanics and to promote diversity in the workplace. The organization encourages the concept of unity among Hispanic employees of the bureau, regardless of national or regional origin. It also serves as a channel of communication between Hispanic employees and the agency. As a group, we are interested in building and maintaining coalitions with like-minded organizations in order to achieve shared goals and solve common issues. CLEO is an open organization that welcomes support from individuals that endorse our objectives
