 The Nashville Area Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.(CST). 

 

Intake is conducted on a walk-in basis, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (Please arrive no later than 2:00 p.m.). On Friday, intake is conducted from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon. If you have submitted an Intake Questionnaire, whether electronically, by facsimile, or by mail, you will be contacted by an Investigator for an interview or an appointment for an interview.
