If you are interested in becoming a Section 184 approved lender, please contact Mitra Motlagh at (202) 402-2777 for additional details. In addition to meeting the lender requirements, lenders must attend a mandatory two day Section 184 training. For upcoming trainings, please contact Andrika Wagstaff at (202) 402-2506.
