Council Training on Metrics featuring VA-AFGE External link

The Department of Veterans Affairs and the American Federation of Government Employees jointly developed training on developing metrics for labor-management forums as a part of implementing Executive Order 13522. This training is complimentary and available to all federal employees.

Web-based Executive Order 13522 training now available government wide External link

The Office of General Counsel, Federal Labor Relations Authority, in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, developed a web-based interactive training, which is now posted on OPM's HR University website. This training is available to all Federal employees who have a government email address. Once a user sets up his/her HR University account, select "Course Catalogue" to locate the link to the "Executive Order 13522" Training.

Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) External link

The FLRA is an independent agency which offers training on the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and consensus decision-making in resolving workplace disputes and in improving labor-management relationships in the Federal sector.

Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) External link

The FMCS is an independent agency which offers training on mediation and conflict resolution.
