International

Findings and recommendations contained in the publications in this section come from analyses of applicable laws, regulations, policy guidance, barriers, promising practices, and suggested models for consideration by other sovereign states worldwide. Publications consider efforts to gain equality and justice for people with disabilities around the world; the development and implementation of an international convention on those rights; shared strategies used in the U.S., the implementation and enforcement of U.S. disability rights laws on federal property and in programs abroad that receive U.S. funds; and the promotion of full inclusion for people with disabilities on an international level.
