Financial Assistance & Incentives

Findings and recommendations contained in the publications in this section come from analyses of applicable laws, including the Social Security Act, regulations, policy guidance, barriers, promising practices, and a financial incentives model to optimize economic reach for people with disabilities. Publications consider economic rights, federal policy changes to combat work disincentives, asset-accumulation, and strategies for gaining employment and self-sufficiency.
