12th Annual “Share the Experience” Photo Contest is Underway

When you visit a park, it’s best to “take only pictures, and leave only footprints.” Your photo on federal lands could have you walking away with amazing prizes!
We want to see America’s most scenic vistas, sweeping landscapes, and historic gems through your eyes. Submit your best shots at www.sharetheexperience.org for a chance to win one of many great prizes.
The grand prize is $15,000, plus the winning photo will be featured on the 2014 America the Beautiful Federal Recreation Lands Pass!
Share your experiences or visit the contest website to view and vote for your favorite photos from across America’s federal recreation lands, including national parks, forests, grasslands, recreation areas, monuments, and historical and cultural sites. Participating agencies, along with partners Recreation.gov and the National Park Foundation, include: the National Park Service, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and U.S. Forest Service.
