Coalition-Afghan Partnered Operations Resuming

Afghan and NATO troops are resuming partnered operations, which were suspended earlier this month because of a series of deadly insider attacks, Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta announced Sept. 25, 2012. The remarks came during a news conference with Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, at the Pentagon.
