Information Related to the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass
The only Reclamation operated facility that accepts the "National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass" is the New Melones Dam. (New Melones Recreation.gov page)
Hoover Dam does not accept this pass.
However, Reclamation facilities that are operated by other agencies, such as the National Park Service, may accept the pass.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) maintains the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass program and you may purchase the pass at their website at: http://store.usgs.gov/pass/index.html
If you are 62 or older or receive disability benefits, you may be eligible for the Senior or Access pass.
Senior and access passes must be obtained in person from a participating Federal recreation site or office.
The USGS maintains a list of facilities where they can be purchased, but as noted on their site, you should call ahead to make sure they still have passes available at the facility.
