Express Mail Corporate Accounts

 

Charge your Express Mail® shipments to one account.

With an Express Mail Corporate Account (EMCA), you can charge your Express Mail shipments to one account. You can deposit shipments paid through an Express Mail Corporate Account at any Express Mail collection box, at the Post Office™, or with a postal letter carrier.

Payment Options
Credit Card – Your information is kept securely and charged when you use your account for a mailing. (Not available for use with Express Mail Manifesting.)
Automated Clearing House (ACH) – Your bank account information is kept securely and debited when you use your account for a mailing.

Monthly Report
An Express Mail Corporate Account makes record-keeping easy. You’ll get an EMCA activity report each month with an itemized list of shipments—including tracking numbers, dates of mailing, origin and destination ZIP Codes™, and dollar amounts charged.
