ATTENTION PCC OTC USERS: PCC OTC will be decommissioned on December 31, 2012.

Starting on January 1, 2013, all over the counter activity must be processed through the OTC Channel Application (OTCnet). All PCC OTC users are strongly encouraged to begin or continue using OTCnet now.

If your agency uses PCC OTC and has not converted to OTCnet, please contact Angela Smith at (202) 874-4080 as soon as possible.

Additionally, there is less than 1 month remaining until the decommissioning of CA$HLINK II.

OTCnet

The Over the Counter Channel Application (OTCnet) enables federal Agencies to integrate check capture and deposit reporting activities, consolidating management of all check and cash deposits through one Web-based application.
