Return Receipt with the recipient’s signature sent by postcard to certain countries. Must be combined with insurance for Priority Mail International parcels. Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Boxes must be combined with Registered Mail™ service. Some countries don’t allow return receipts.
