Employee Motor Pool

Transportation throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area is available to all HHS employees who, due to temporary or permanent disabilities, are unable to transport themselves.

This service is provided for official business in the DC metro area (within 30 miles of the Hubert Humphrey Building); to/from the CMS location in Baltimore, MD; or to/from Dulles, BWI, and Reagan National airports. Transportation to or from an employees residence is not available.

Employee Relocation

Employee Relocation offers comprehensive care and operational support to ensure that employee and customer agency needs are met. Dedicated counselors assist and guide each employee through the entire relocation process.

Executive Motor Pool

PSC provides motor pool transportation services for a limited number of HHS executives and for all HHS employees who are unable to transport themselves due to temporary or permanent disabilities. Transportation services are for official HHS business only within the DC metropolitan area. Transportation services are also provided to and from CMS offices in Baltimore, MD, and Dulles International, Reagan National, and BWI Airports.

Telework Strategy Solutions

PSC works with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide services that assist organizations in developing and implementing telework programs.

Transit Subsidy Benefits (Transhare and GO!card)

PSC is the nationwide provider of GO!card™ the Green Option Commuter Card™ that revolutionized the way federal employees receive transit subsidy benefits. PSC processes transit subsidy applications, purchases and provides the exact amount of transit media each employee requires, tracks use, and manages annual recertification.

Travel Services

Travel Charge Card

The SmartPay® 2 Travel Charge Card is a VISA® card that is issued through JPMorgan Chase. All federal employees who travel on official business five (5) or more times per year are required to have a SmartPay 2 charge card and use it to pay for travel-related expenses such as hotels and restaurants.

GovTrip

The Travel Card is linked directly to the GovTrip voucher system permitting reimbursement to go directly to pay the balance on the Travel Card. Card holders still receive statements allowing them to monitor, and if necessary, pay their balance.
