  • The Substance and Mental Health Services Administration’s Center for Substance Abuse Prevention is pleased to announce the award of the Data Collection, Analyses, and Reporting (DCAR) contract to Westat.  The Westat team includes PIRE, Carnevale Associates, and KIT Solutions, the previous DCAR contractor who will handle all of the operations of the Prevention Management Reporting and Training System (the Portal).  This new contract will assume the responsibilities for functions of both the former DACCC and DCAR contracts.  More information will be shared as the contract begins regarding data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.  Data will continue to be due twice a year, in November and May.  Data submission will remain the same.  As of November 1, please contact DCAR Support via phone 1-888-348-4248 or email DCARSupport@kitsolutions.net.

  • DFC Grantees: The Continuation Application and Progress Report are due Thursday, February 28th, 2013. Both of these submissions can be found under the 'Enter and Submit my Data' tab in COMET. Your continuation application will not be complete until the Progress Report has been submitted. The Progress Report can be submitted beginning February 1st, 2013.
