NIH Vodcasts

Digital recordings made available for downloading to a personal video player or computer. Vodcasting, also called video podcasting or videocasting, adds video to the downloadable sound files to which podcast listeners are accustomed. After downloading and saving a vodcast, users can choose when and where they want to watch the video. Information about system requirements and a full listing of current and archived vodcasts can be accessed through NIH Vodcast.

Surgical Videos

Pre-recorded webcasts of surgical procedures from the NLM. These webcasts are of actual operations performed at medical centers in the United States since January 2004. The videos last 1 hour. Please note that you cannot send questions by email, because you are not seeing these videos live, though the webcast may say you can. (Full library of surgical videos from the NLM)
