Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

All NHLBI Requests for Proposals (RFPs) over $25,000 are posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Web page (FedBizOpps) .

FedBizOpps is the single government point-of-entry for federal procurement opportunities over $25,000. NHLBI RFPs and amendments are listed on FedBizOpps under:
the Department of Health and Human Services,
National Institutes of Health, National Heart Lung and Blood Institute.

Offerors are expected to check FedBizOpps for amendments to RFPs.

Listed in numerical order by RFP number.

The NHLBI provides assistance in publishing RFPs to the National Institute for Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), National Institute for Biomedical Imaging and Biomedical Engineering (NIBIB), National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), and the Center for Scientific Review (CSR).

RFPs of all other Institutes, Centers, and Divisions (ICDs) can be found on the NIH RFP Directory.

RFPs—from before December 2005 (the transition to the FEDBIZOPPS)—can be found in the RFP Archives.

Archived versions of RFPs posted on FEDBIZOPPS can be found on the FedBizOpps site using the FedBizOpps search functionimage of external icon. Under Document to Search, simply select Archived Documents.
