  2. Public voting is open from September 6 – September 14, 2012. You have the ability to vote for more than one submission! To vote, click into one of the images, select how many stars you want to give the innovation (between 1-5), and then hit the “rate it” button.
  3. New Health Insurance Exchanges will allow individuals and small businesses to compare health plans on a level playing field. Middle and low-income families will get tax credits that cover a significant portion of the cost of coverage. And the Medicaid program will be expanded to cover more low-income Americans.
